ELL teachers from the Lincoln School were able purchase PixWriter software with a grant from the Melrose Education Foundation. PixWriter, which provides a picture-assisted approach, is being utilized by many of their special education and ELL students who are struggling with their writing, reading, and vocabulary skills. These students are now fully able to access the curriculum.
